This policy explains how personal information is handled on the Sisho website (the “Service”).

Information we collect

The release-notification form collects:

• Your email address
• The platform you want to hear about (macOS / Linux / Other)
• The time you gave consent, the time you signed up, and the site language at the time
• A hash derived from your IP address, used only to prevent spam and repeated submissions (kept for a short time; the raw IP address is not stored)

How we use it

Your email address is used only to notify you about Sisho releases. It is not used for advertising or for announcing other services.

Sharing with third parties

We do not provide the information we collect to third parties, except where required by law.

Where it is stored

Sign-up data is stored on services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages / D1). We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which sends some browser information to Cloudflare.

Retention and deletion

We keep sign-up data until the purpose of the notification has ended or until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, contact us at the address below. We will verify the address and delete it promptly.

The Sisho app

The Sisho app stores your images and catalog on your own PC and does not send them to Sisho servers. To check for updates, the app may fetch this site’s update file (latest.json).

Access logs

This site is delivered through Cloudflare, and Cloudflare may record access logs for operational purposes.
